It will be a clean cut, but the head will still rest on her neck, and her jutsu will activate.

I don't think you know how decapitation works, the force generated by a hit that's strong enough to decapitate someone will send their head flying, clean or not.

You know how these things go, the slasher chops the head off, the person look normal for like 3 seconds, then it falls
