I agree. Tsunade was even capable of preserving her life when the still taking under the effects of the Strength of Hundred Techniques. Her lower body was detached. I assume if Naruto apply the same method Orochimaru used to revive Tsunade than Sakura could be saved as well.

Yep she did all that, and her regeneration wasn't even activated. She did it in base form
