Sasuke wins. Mei's handseal speed isn't faster than Sasuke's reaction speed, who was able to stop Itachi before he completely his own. If she uses too thick a mist, both parties are blinded, but Sasuke has the advantage of whipping out CS2 and flying up to avoid any surprise attacks.

His CS2 is far too durable. It tanked a massive explosion from Deidara's C2 blast at the cost of a single wing. The distance is not big enough for Sasuke to not blitz her. Sasuke delivered 7 slashes when he blitzed a CS2 prisoner. Several times, Sasuke has outright eluded eye-sight, Mei reacting to Sasuke's speed is rubbish logic, when even V1 Ae couldn't blitz this guy.

Also, Sasuke can simply put her under genjutsu from the start. What is she doing then? Under the protection of CS2, he can approach and kill her even if she is using Boil Release. As it would be a quick and short movement. Her acid mist hasn't shown to cover extremely large areas anyway and with Chojiro on her side, she is not covering any area with him in it.

You are wrong about that. The only reason Sasuke could cast the genjustu was because of Deidara's scope which he uses for long range observation.

The raikage and tsuchikage stood right by her when she was casting that jutsu. They were able to see their opponents position but that wasn't the same for their opponents cuz they were in the mist already. Here
