Since there was a lot of talking about who deserves to be FV, I figured I'd make this thread to discuss what makes a villain worthy of being the final one.
Do they have to have a connection to the protoganist or main cast?If so then characters such as Obito and Orochimaru deserve to be in the role of final villain.Obito in particular had been involved in the trageties that plagued 3 of the main characters.
Is it power? If so then Madara or Kaguya deserve to be in the FV spot, since those two are stronger than anyone barring Naruto/Sasuke.
Does the final villain need to have a justifiable reason for his/her villainy? This one is tricky because while I like villains who have depth, I don't believe they need to be sympathetic. The readers/audience should hate the villain's guts and not feel sorry for them.A villain who has good intentions is not a villain but a antagonist, especially if their plans ran counter to what the protoganist is trying to do.
What does everyone think?
