...I'll pass from the cocky attitude you have and all your attempts to ridicule me. I perfectly watched what you put on topic, and that's what I'll answer right now.
I just ignored what followed up these lines, specially when you started to put words into my mouth. I don't need to read these poor kind of argumentation.
Now, on topic, I'll speak about proof.
First of all. You speak as you knowing the mechanics behind IT.
Assuming you know it well, your "proof" has a lot of implications (assumptions to be precise, meaning that they can't be taken as proof per se, but only as observations, possibilities).
- For instance, it would need to assume that every being is equally vulnerable to IT (ergo, that no matter which properties these beings have, they are vulnerable to IT, or in a simpler way: DSM Kabuto is as vulnerable as a fodder kitty).
- Also, it would imply that no matter if guys wears sunglasses, they would fall into the genjutsu.
- You're implying that IT act like radio waves.
For assumption #1:
We have a problem in here - Edo Tensei guys, Madara, BZ and Sasuke seems to be immune. How is that they are immune? Madara's case can be understood... he is the caster. But what about Black Zetsu? And the Edo Tensei? Lot of theories out there. I just put another one.
For assumption #2:
We have another problem in here - A lot of people who were waking up from their dreams first were slept (lol, obvious), and just after their wake up the genjutsu took over them. How is that they were not affected while being sleep?

They were not affected until the moment where they opened the eyes, and even when you close your eyes light can be seen (almost nothing of course, but light passes still passes through due the subtle amount of transparency of the skin of the eyelid). This debunks the possibility of IT affecting living beings that are sleeping or that have the eyes closed.
In the case of Kabuto, his dragon-glasses completely blocks his eyesight, just like being blind. It's even thicker than his eyelids, opening the possibility of he being immune.
Bee... well, Bee case is obvious. His glasses naturally let him see through. But in Kabuto's case, he completely loses visual contact. This was seen in his battle against Itachi and Sasuke. Only a genjutsu that act outside the sense of vision could affect him: Izanami.
For assumption #3:
You're speaking a lot about the invisible spectrum that is not perceptible to human eyesight. There are few people out there that actually knows about these frequencies, and it has not been even hinted in the manga. Are you implying that this genjutsu would affect even people that cannot see? That this genjutsu affects through other senses apart from eyes? (this assumption is big), and it highly raises doubts if we consider the second assumption I found.
Your proof, as you can see, is highly debatable due its implications. It would need to assume a lot of things that are not even mentioned in the manga. They are good possibilities, good questioning. But they are way far from being facts. You need to refine them to counter the theory (well, the thing about Orochimaru got me on troubles... the theory is already being debunked).
