Hey I just had a idea when i was watching a episode of naruto
As far as I observe ever Character in naruto series has its own special jutsu/kinjutsu or like a sig move that no one else knows.
now my idea is that lets try making our own special jutsu(probably just one) that no one else can learn probably unique,a little oped and might I suggest it to be fordbiden rank so then that the members must be at S-class or higher(I suggest kage?) to create one highly unique,oped,personal jutsu.
its just a wild idea that i wanna share everybody
