The IT in 678 seems to contradict it's previous portrayal

however , in 678 , everyone is just living their own dreams , where the world is designed to their own respective preferences . how could madara possible know all their wishes and create them instantly ? even if he managed , there would be contradictions , as everyone's dream differs : e.g. tsunade is beside Dan in one dream while at the same time in another she's in a wedding.

this is so contradictory.....but which version(assuming they're different) do you prefer as an audience ?

I suppose by giving user, the victims jutsu, it gives them the full knowledge, and not just knowledge in jutsu

The only reason i can see why kishi made the genjutsu have the individuals have their own dream was to not make all of this exactly like the Matrix. Everything up until now with the illusion is exactly like those movies. Mankind is being used for energy and they live in a fantasy life stuck in their own brain

We aren't entirely sure if they arent unified yet since they are all a part of one tree but that would cause clash of dreams so i doubt. However if he could control what people dream about he would not actually be pushing the peace thing cuz everyone has the side to their happy ending and thats what IT was to me all along when was it his intention to control what they dream about.

I guess on the part about his genjutsu world making you feel like he would be in it is another thing. I never expected a world like what you might have cuz in the end its still a genjutsu, but i can see your point.

It could be inferred since he said everyone would be happy with the IT for starters, secondary, When Obito said he would make Naruto Hokage in the dream world he just meant that Naruto would be Hokage in NARUTO'S dream. Especially since it was also Obito's dream to become Hokage, so why would he make someone else Hokage when he wants to be Hokage...

Those were my reasons to believe that everyone would have different dreams
