Is Naruto more or less reckless than AoT's Eren? Why do you conclude that? Finally, what if any situations do you think there are that justifies Naruto being reckless

Eren is actually pretty smart, much smarter than Naruto, but his Titan transformations sometimes get the better of him, deluding his thoughts and actions to be more savage and brute.

Naruto does some dumb stuff for comic relief and thats his character but if you look at the big picture you would remember genin naruto made the plan that out smarted zabuza and freed kakashi and he realised only senjutsu works on the juubijin...also dont lean on things that are used for comic to relief and to keep naruto humanized to make a point

Naruto's lapses in intelligence aren't just exaggerations for comedic effect that are not meant to be taken seriously, like Sakura throwing him around, but is an actual part of him. Not really lapses...simply dumb moments every single human being has. He forgot in the Nagato and Obito situation, that is a fault in his memory, not really anything against his "intelligence".

For example, if someone with a PHD forgets his pen on his desk, and says "oh shit i'm dumb".. does that mean they are dumb? no..
