Would the whole fist bump thing that Naruto and Bee do be Ninshuu related? I know that the speech that Naruto gave Obito in that white zone was some kind of Ninshuu.

In way, yes. But remember Naruto and Bee are also both the hosts of Bijuu, so naturally they would be able to connect just like how he later meets the Bijuu team.
And yeah good notice, the Obito white zone is literally Ninshuu as well since they're connected spiritually with Naruto and co. pulling out the Bijuu at the same time.
