It's not that great, The clips aren't even synced and they aren't even zoomed in properly. The clips don't really match the song's mood too much either, though you do have potential; keep practicing and you'll improve.

If you're going for a beginner-type AMV, go with Window's Movie Maker. I used to use it and it worked pretty good.
