Sakura is simply a non factor here.
Kabuto's scalpels aren't enough to pierce a chakra cloak. Once he gets close he either gets blown away by an enhanced Air Palm (and consequently gets all is bones broken) or is poked 64 times by Hinata's petite fingers. His choice xD
