All the Uchiha who have a sharingan can control the Kyubi ! ( Danzo said that in Anime )
And obito have only one sharingan !!!! But Sasuke have the strongest sharingan ever ( straight comma ) and Obito said that Sasuke can use sharingan more perfect than Itachi !

But Obito was strong because the Zetsu ! So .....

Gaara should be higher. He was already able to make sand showers, sand clouds and sand shukaku in his fight with Kimimaro, and even became the Kazekage afterwards.

I don't think Bee was fourteen then. Probably 16 - 17.

There's soooooo much wrong with this statement it's not even funny.

1. Gaara wasn't at his prime. Did you watch Gaara vs Kimimaro? SRA Gaara is much stronger than CE Gaara.

2. Sasuke injured Gaara twice before he fought Naruto.

3. Naruto never fought 1 Tail Gaara, him and Shuaku merely broke him out of the jutsu to awaken it.
