Fair enough if you're going by that but I feel like it's silly to not include Mangetsu.

Nagato at 10 years old mastered all elements. At 14 years old he was even stronger. Only young Obito can beat young Nagato, and that's only because of Kamui. Itachi could also probably beat him if he had Tsukoyomi at that time.

Mastered....he could do basic jutsu of each kind. We saw some of them.

The only thing that makes Nagato strong at this age is his Rinnegan freak outs.

what you showed was one situation, and it still isn't good enough as proof.

Well good luck finding others because these characters show up like twice. Show me proof these adults DO have access to crazy impressive techniques and abilities.

Because I just brought 2 pieces of proof and what reason would a full adult crap himself on a simple sharingan reveal or bring baby weapons to a HUGE showdown when they have much better techniques.
