whats so good about DBZ?

i seriously don't get it, i'm currently watching episode 50 and i still don't understand why people think this the best anime of all time

It was good to me as a kid but it definitely is NOT the best anime of all time. Yu yu hakusho is a good example of a shounen better than DBZ.

DBZ is considered the best my many viewers (if not all) because of it's intense action scenes, great rivalry between main characters and for being the most over powered universe in all of anime. It takes a while to understand how DBZ works, but it gives more thrill than 90% of anime out there

DBZ has lots of flaws, but it's very appealing and intriguing, that's why it's so popular. It's also a classic that has survived test of time

DBZ is for kids its amazing because of the sheer amount of people it brought to the anime world.
I for one being one of them lol

but dbz has no plot its for little kids to get into anime

while dbz was the first anime I watch the first one I connected with and fell in love with was Yu Yu Hakusho lol I love that Plot it was an amazing anime my favorite
