Susanoo that he currently wields grant him and everyone enveloped within immunity to all forms of genjutsu?

It seems to be the case. Last chapter he told naruto' if u step out of the susanoo I created with my eyes youll be affected by his genjutsu too. A close up panel of his tomoe clad rinnegan was shown.

Perhaps this rikudo powered susanoo is not just mere chakra but is in fact infused with a yin energy cloak that blocks out illusions. Probably the elder sons edoujutsu stemmmed from the juubis eye in the 1st pplace, and id even go as far as to venture that he was the one who, using his eyes first invented genjutsu from the basic ninshu. Only then would the amazing power at controlling and seeing throuugh whhat are pretty much thee greatest illusions from sasuukes eyes be explicable.

Ka is not exactly relevant. Its a 1 hit genjutsu on a single opponent but it almost definitely wont work on the progonitors eyes.

I don't agree with the elder son thing. His doujutsu was sharingan.

Sasuke's Susanoo was created with the chakra from his left eye. Sasuke was able to look directly at the moon thanks to his Rinnengan, so if his Rinnengan can block the affects of the genjutsu then it is logical to assume that techniques from the Rinnengan would have some resistance as well.

Especially since
Genjutsu=yin
Susanoo=yin
Genjutsu can cancel genjutsu, so Susanoo comprising of the same chakra is able to defend against IT

We do not know if the single rennigan part you are saying is correct as madara used his susanoo with double ems but stated that he wont show it twice, so we do not know if he could have used it with his single rennigan or not, the rennigan obito had was not his in the first place he never showed any signs of knowing how to use susanoo not did he ever had it since hes been using single eyes his entire life.
