When will naruto display his chakra construct?

Sasuke is already over using his susano but naruto has yet to display his own chakra construct and he is matching sasuke.
1) Either there is incoming power up for sasuke
2) Naruto didn't have a chakra construct.
3) Naruto will lose the other bijuu's power for the final fight (powered down)
Because if naruto is busting out this moves with one hand imagine what he would be doing with chakra construct, he would be throwing them like bullets Lol

Naruto probably has one. But it isn't useful against the infinite tsukuyomi since it probably doesn't block the light from the moon like sasuke's susanoo.

But where is it stated that sasuke used full power? Clearly he said he made that susunno with his eyes which suggest ge could make a stronger one as well..and i mean he has a rinnegan. With that eye theres no way you can use all your power up
