If Ay starts with V2 Sasuke won't see when he stops and when he starts running again

hasn't shown to do such a thing in the manga, didn't do it against Madara. Ay won't blitz Sasuke as he can bring up Susano'o if he leaves his line of sight. As i said earlier despite him knowing about Uchiha's he watches his eyes to see if there's blood dripping this leaves him prone to genjutsu.

About Tsunade... she's the most important of the Kages... :|

She fell to her knees only after removing two huge ass swords from her body, but after a couple of seconds she was completely fine, boosted Onoki's jinton to the level it was strong enough to oneshot 25 Complete Susanoo and later she had enough chakra to heal from Madara's 5 Katons.

Ay's punches aren't strong enough to force her to overuse the Byakugou, not when even Katsuyu can treat some of her wounds.

Because his body wasn't quick enough to handle the cut back. It was kinda like a juke

I think he's rated accordingly.
Sometimes his raw and overwhelming fighting style gets underrated (alongside his durability and genjutsu resistance), sometimes he's thought to be uncounterable and a simple blitz followed by a punch will earn him a win in half second even if he's against another kage level opponent.
His lack of versatility bugs me though, i'd say he's top 25 because of that. Top 20 would be pushing since he's essencially a one trick pony.

susanoo would have taken most of the damage and if the fight is fought outside sasuke would have soloed A with kirin.Kirin cannot be dodged

Last time I checked Ay wasn't pierced by two Susanoo blades and he wasn't able to knock down a V3 Susanoo like Tsunade did. Him holding the Susanoo with one arm only proves Tsunade could also do it, since according to Madara, she is physically stronger than the Raikage.

A regeneration user 'tends to lose grace while fighting', at least according to Madara. Tsunade is a living tank with the byakugou activated, she doesn't have to dodge the attacks when she can heal from them.
