A war/rescue event can only take place when, the opposing team is online or when there is enough high rank members online. When the other team is offline, the war/rescue mission will be on pause. The reason is that we all have lifes and different time zones. No Spamming in the war/rescue threads. Every body should realize who they are fighting and whats the correct battle
