All of those shinobi you just named are no where near Sakura's level, so bringing them up is irrelevant. And Asuma would have won anyway if Kakuzu wasn't there.
Byakugo Sakura beats Hidan. Using Katsuyu is overkill.

Please explain. From what I remember, Hidan's scythe can be used mid-range, meaning he can get blood samples from a distance, even then, he has far more taijutsu skill than Sakura. In fact, his taijutsu score equals the likes of Kakashi, Lee, Neji, and Asuma. Hidan's tanked powerful attacks, and his body is not hindered by injuries. Nearly all wounds against Sakura are useless, which is why she's a threat to most, but head wounds cannot be healed, so all Hidan has to do is stab himself in the head when conditions are set and then Sakura dies.
In no intel, Sakura would surprise him and win, but in an intel situation, Hidan would win.
Somebody who's had a significant part in fighting the gedo statue isn't anywhere near Sakura's level?

Sakura and Tsunade easily destroy the ground, breaking the curse.
They both have regeneration.
They can knock the scythe and every other weapon he has out of his hand. Or grab it and pull him forward, even out of his circle. So many ways.
Their chakra scalpels will cut him apart.
Intel for Sakura and Tsunade is worse for Hidan. They will know to destroy the ritual.
Either way Sakura takes it intel or not.
