The Uchiha brothers... Aren't they just interesting?
Sometimes it might be difficult to choose which one you like best, so I will make a comparison of both and hopefully things are cleared up. Lets get started, okay? ^^
Itachi:
Sacrificed his life and talent to save fodders
Had the mindset of a fully grown Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, and Hiruzen at a very young age
Became Anbu Squad Captain at a young age
He was the MVP of the Kabuto and Nagato fight
Itachi has never lost a battle other than the planned one with Sasuke
He was the heir of the Uchiha clan before he had to slaughter them
Sausage:
He left the Leaf village for years of training to defeat Itachi (which he was no where near his level)
Haku used him as a snowboard
Rock Lee defeated him without even sweating
He managed to defeat Gaara, only to later be defeated by him
Let Orochimaru bite him on the neck, so that shows a hint of carelessness in battle
He defeated Deidara
He defeated Danzo (with the help of his cheerleader, Karin)
Tobirama was going to solo him when they first met
One paneled by Madara
Let Madara escape to get rinnegan
Let Madara cast Infinite Tsukuyomi
Now that you know this, it is clear Itachi is more responsible and a more skilled shinobi in battle, even at young age.
If you like Sauce, then that is your prerogative as a loser, but I think we all know who is the best.
