A comparison of Itachi and Sausa- I mean Sasuke

Everyone knows Sasuke is only this strong because of Indra and Hagoromo as well as his brother. Quite literally, Indra and Hagoromo both have him some of their power. Not to mention the only reason Sasuke even achieved MS and EMS in the first place is BECAUSE of Itachi. Without Itachi, Indra, and Hagoromo, Sasuke would be nothing. He'd still be Hebi level if not worse. Itachi didn't fail, because in the long run he knew that Naruto was the only one to cure him of his hate, and he murdered his clan because he knew the name was tainted beyond recognition and knew that Sasuke needed to be the one to redeem them since Itachi couldn't since he had to kill them to prevent the overthrowing of Hiruzen and the destruction of Konoha.

Of course, Sasuke defeats Itachi in a 1v1…I hope this is an actual character comparison rather than a power scaling.
