Exactly he starts off with the leg, she realizes he stabbed his leg and now her leg is in pain like its been stabbed. Not hard to understand. She heals it and Hidan has no idea she has has healed it because he has no idea what the Byakugo is.

lol she destroys the ground regardless of what she analyses anyway. So no ritual will not work. Hidan wont think anything of Sakura and totally underestimate her with his cocky personality and that will lead to him losing.
