What she says is true, but nothing suggest his so called chakra cloak can protect him from Sakura's attacks when it is completely featless.

The same holds true for Hashirama's healing. Madara said Tsunade's healing is exactly like Hashirama's, and Hashirama's healing doesn't kick in instantly either [

Yep, this is true. The healing takes a few seconds to kick in, and in that time, Lee could land several devastating hits on Sakura. Lee can continue on with hit after hit, not giving her body time to heal itself. Just like he did in 5th gate to Gaara.
