Its basic feat wise that Sakura is stronger than the k11 expect Naruto, by a long shot.
Harashima, has already alluded that Sakura's attacks are just as or even more devastating the Tsunades. The only thing that Tsunade has on Sakura, is battle experience. But in other categories, such as strength, justus....shes either even or has surpassed Tsunade, even stated that her seal is alluded to be a little more powerful because she doesn't need to use it to stay younger.

People who warrant and explanation, on why Sakura would defeat them
Shino, more then likely Sakura defeats Shino based off off basic skills, such as speed, and Sakura's vast knowledge of Kohana's clans due to her being the hokage office. A simple bug poison, or even more laughable a bug spray. But seriously, Shino intellect is on par with Sakura's, given that Shino won't be able to fool Sakura and has no great defense against poison and physical attacks, if the enemy can dodge his bugs which Sakura can.
Shikamaru, is more easy to explain, its just his style, he is just not a one on one fighter, as a squad leader he could make a plan to destroy almost anybody, hes like the batman of the naruto universe expect unlike batman he can't do it alone
Neji, its just simple, Neji defenses will crumble under Sakura strength, and the gentle fist style is pretty useless against a healer, that can self heal any damage, they only chance Neji would have is to seal all of Sakura points, but even then he'd have to be faster then her but Sakura speed is on par with Neji's, and the seal release could probably restore any chakra point closure. Neji simple loses because Sakura dominates in close ranged battles.
Lee, is pretty basic, Sakura survives his attacks, then defeats him, or she simple returns the punch at the same time, causing both users damage, but Sakura can heal through them.
