I want you to force a bone spike to erupt from your palm. Break off the bone in your arm (humerus) within the skin and force chakra behind it so that it breaks the skin. it's gunna hurt but compared to what i've done to your arm and leg it shouldn't be that bad..

Keep in mind that you must grow a new humerus to replace the one you have sticking out your palmU_U

Strong enough, but you look a little sluggish. You may have made them too dense. here is a trick i developed.

When creating your bones, make the inside of them hollow but reinforce the outside with chakra and calcium to keep them dense and strong. It makes great for bong wings and other aerial/projectile bone attacks.
