Their energy flow turns upside down and that is causing also a painful pressure on their chakras, then a huge blast of cold energy will explode tru out the opponent's body ands send him/her crashin couple of feet away.
the opponent will have to be treated immeditatly or he or she will not be able to preform any jutsu. the user suffer pain energy flow to the arm and will not be able to mold chakra in that arm for 2 turns.

Disadvantages:
-The user is very vulnerable to Fuuton receiving +25% damage too\

My Lightning is branching out significantly and you are Shocked by the lightning touching you and the sheer power of the Chakra.
Then I grab you by the arm.

(I may only be moving at 5gates speed but my reflexes are enough to keep up.)

I pull you arm outta its socket. As i pull you body into a backwards Positon and you stand infront of me. The Constant Shocking of the Lightning armor is enough to subdue you and and I use.

Description: The user concentrates Raiton chakra throughout his body transfers it to palms and releases it like a force wave. If the wave is hit to a mountain, a landslide will happen because of it's power. If the wave is hit to the opponent, he/she receives damage.
Note: Only useable 5 times per battle and must wait for 2 turns to use again.

I Hit the Sword ontop of its hilt further pushing it in. and it channels the Force Wave and when the forces touch your body it explodes outward as it was all concentrated in one small blast. and it diffues into your body exploding your organ inside of you and outward.. sorta making it like you were deflated and blood is spread out every where.

First off even if you could increase your reflexes in time, im moving at 6th gate which grants me a host of things

1st gate releases the all restraints i have only my muscles giving me reflexes beyond comprehension
2nd gate allows me to use my brain at 100% , increasing my reaction time
3rd gate release the restraints on my bodies speed. Allowing me to move so fast
4th gate allows me to feel no pain, thus increasing my speed and power that much more
5th breaks the any limitation left on my body, increase all stats listed above even higher
6th Causes the earth around me to tremble due to all the power released from my body.

Add the chakra increase from releasing my curse seal, increasing my attack damage ratio.

Now, just creating the void rasengan would absorb all the lightning chakra you are producing thus taking you out of your lightning emperor mode and negating your other lightning jutsu. Making you extremely slower than me.

As for your attack phase, You went to stab me then liger bomb, as soon as i avoid the stab you are then struck in the chest, with my ripping your heart out. As well as being struck by the void rasengan.

Your dead. You tried and valiantly at that, but for not. U_U

umm. he hadn't done the void rasengan by the time my lightning fried him. He used it when he went behind me sweetie not while hes on the side. and the amount of lightning would keep shocking him. Theres no way for him to counter something like that at short-range. and not to mention I havent used one seal this whole fight.
Therefore Goro is dead.

hmm. gates does that much? but what about the damage to your body? and check this you didnt release any gates so you gain none of those advantages. besides having the speed. but without the reaction speed it fails completely. The reason I gain the stats I do is because The Lightning speeds up my neural network. Your Jutsu only increases it to the muscles not the brain. Therefore your brain cant keep up with your muscles and your reaction speed is normal. or a little above average. If you dont beilieve me go to the naruto.wikia.com and search the raikage.

i know the void rasengan can absorb your lightning armor, but its not sure, i fu can just rip off goro's arm and stop the void rasengan >.<

if one of u had the sharingan then its possible to grab others hand. but right now, i am not sure =/
