Naruto isn't a Juubi Jin.Zzz He got 9 separate Bijuus inside him. LOL.

A Juubi is formed with the 9 Bijuus chakra sealed into the Juubi's shell, Gedou Mazou.

A Juubi is wholly separate entity.
