Every Juken jutsu which has been shown so far woud'nt be able to destroy Susanoo.

Juken is the fight style of the Hyuga clan. It encloses jutsu that damage the organs of the opponent or interrupt the flow of chakra.
Importantly the user of Juken must be able to control the chakra inside his body perfectly. The delivered amount of chakra-which is used to harm the opponent- is low. That is why no massive chakra could be destroyed so far due to the Juken. That's not part of that fighting style anyway.

My two cents:

Only someone with a huge amount of chakra and a true master of the Byakugan could do that(probably), but no one could achieve that level so far. I think, Kaguya could do that and we will see that. ^^

Kaguya wont need gentle fist to beat Susanoo, she'll eat the whole susanoo for lunch. Susanno is nothing in front of true rinnegan users

If Hagoromos statements regarding Kaguyas strength are true and doesn't refer to her gruesome cooking skills, then yes. She would even defeat the Kanzentai Susanoo, I guess.
The user of the Byakugan holds the potential to become the best user of Taijutsu. On the other hand we don't have to wait long (probably) to make sure whether that's true or not.

Rotation could deflect susano'Os arms most likely, considering two rotations from Hiashi and Neji combined were enough to send the juubi's hand flying

Gentle Fist should rock Susanoo, yes.

Also, the Vacuum Palm should also be able to hit the user inside Susanoo in theory. It passes through the opponent's body to do internal damage, so it should also be able to pass through Susanoo to hit the opponent.

People underestimate the Hyuuga too much.
