Ok so my theory is that naruto and sasuke will somehow be immune to the IT madara has enacted.
This premise of mine is based on the following:
-The manga stated that one had the senjutsu of the 6 paths while the other possesed the rinnegan
-During the course of their fight, Sasuke displayed the ability to see through madaras limbo, while naruto was able to sense the deception
Sasukes vision will enable him to be immune to mt, whereas naruto , although his vision will fall prey to the genjutsu, his senjutsu will create a conflict in his senses that ought to snap him out of it.
The eye that madara awakened was simply the juubis eye, the same source of power that hagoromo possesed. Superimposing it on the moon increases its intensity, but its still the same power. Being the recipients of that power source themselves, naruto and sasuke are already in an elevated plane of reality. Sasukes eye shape is identical to the moons eye, for him this would be similar to a face to face duel between two sharingan users trying to trap each other in a genjutsu. Its something he can overcome.
My guess is a few chapters will showcase them trying to escape the genjutsu, followed by a fight with madara ( which would automatically nullify the tsukuyomi if madara isnt physically near the moon) .
