Ok so stay with me as unlikely as this is to be true.

We found out that you unlock the third eye, the eye capable of casting IT, when you get close to the Moon. This means Kaguya had to have been close to the Moon as well to unlock her third eye. Now my theory, Kaguya unlocked the eye and activated IT, now Madara already a product of Kaguya's IT is using IT within the IT, this will disband Kaguya's IT and awaken everyone from her generation including her son the real So6P.

Maybe the Infinite Tsukyomi can only be cancelled by someone not of Kaguya's direct bloodline.

The first line should have let you know I agree. Also it's a concept used in science fiction a lot which I realize this isn't so the chances of it happening are slim.
