Dude the parallel is that Kushina was saved in the same way sakura was saved and Minato and Naruto looked back the same way. Kushina wasnt on Minatos team.

Let me know the last time you saw Naruto pining over Sakura and compare that to the last time you saw Sakura obsess about Sasuke which was what the last couple chapters. Naruto has been a VERY long time since I have seen Naruto talk about how he cares for Sakura so it wouldn't surprise me at all if his feelings have changed. Naruto has had plenty of external stimuli as well that would cause him to change so I wouldn't find it flaky at all, especially compared to Sakura being about Sasuke today and about Naruto tomorrow.
