The difference from that attack and FRS is this. Madara only attacked a single part of her. Basically, he punched a hole into her. FRS destroys every single cell's ability to use chakra. Therefore, it's something you can't recover from.

i think those marks spreading over her body helps in the allowing the chakra to flow through her body from the forehead mark ( the storage )

She can have all the chakra she wants, but it won't travel to her cells, meaning she can't use the chakra to heal.
