Ok so I recently saw a thread and it irritated me sooo much I had to make an account to talk about it. Some one made a top ten list and immiediatley listed Kaguya, so6p, so6p's bro, Ashura, Indra, ect. And almost every other top ten within that thread listed the same. Now we know Kaguuya is stronger than the sage he says so himself. So6P has alot of feats so for him to give credit to kaguya we can place her at #1 because even madara wants powers like hers. Now for So69 brother how can you place him as #3? I admit he may deserve it but we have not seen any info to back that up. LIke yes I know he faught 10 Tails with So6p. But guess what? Ino also helped fight 10 tails. Due to these peoples logic Ino = So6P Brother. Now for Ashura and Indra again my opinion agrees they probably deserve their spot BUT we have not seen enough of them to place them above 99% of the Narutoverse characters. Also Hizruzen placed high in these lists, prime Hiruzen blah blah, said to be leafs strongest kage blah blah. Guess what We have not seen prime Hiruzen or heard any of his amazing feats of his so how can we say hes that strong? Example 3rd kazekage said to be strongest kazekage, got beat by in my opinion mid level fodder Sasori who in turn got beat by an old lady and Sakura. Take in mind Sasori did not have the kazekage puppet when he beat the 3rd kazekage. So background characters can say strongest kage blah blah, feats do not lie!
Now my list would be(Note: This list contains regular madara not juubi Madara):
1. Kaguya
2. So6P
3. Naruto/Sasuke(these guys are only here because of their constant power ups)
4. Naruto/Sasuke
5. Hashirama
6. Madara
7. Tobirama(He deserves this spot. Izuna was said to be almost on par with Madara, and he injured Izuna so bad it lead him to his death plus go on naruto wiki and read about this mans savage suicidal ruthless fighting style, his genius-ness, and his op self invented techniques(FTG, Reincarnation, Shadow Clone, ect))
8.Third Raikage
