Rinnegan Obito is stronger than Tobirama and 3rd raikage. And if that's EMS Madara he's also stronger than him. Hashirama is arguable.

Kabuto had borrowed power we have no idea how strong is after orochimaru took back his cells. And kabuto would be placed at 9ish 10ish. alot of characters would tie for 9/10th if you think about it.

Yes every has borrowed powers.
Kabuto has DSM,sound 4 abilities and taka's abilities.
a pretty shrewd brain and main perfected edo tensei for backup

Wait ems madara<obito? And I believe otherwise about obito(i was counting regular obito) being stronger than tobirama but even with rennigan i believe tobirama could win im not really a fan of his but when i read his data on naruto wiki i was like damn once again his fignting style taijutsu alone was impressive in battle this man was really terrorist with his suicidal way of fighting and techs.

I didnt want to put Juubi Madara in this list because he keeps constantly getting power up and has not really faught yet.

dude, there were better ppl to put in that spot considering the amount of ppl that i know for sure are better suited for that spot than Tobirama. It's a good thing you said it was your own list, because it only takes 1 look for someone to realize it's a joke.

Dude thank you for being one of the first to not post something dumb lol. We all have our opinions and you are one of the few in this thread to actually respect anothers opinion. But basicly I think tobirama is under rated. Many of his jutsus he invented are taken further to another levels by people who continue his work like impure world ress and ftg. if he had devloped his jutus further he would have been extremely op.

Ok so I recently saw a thread and it irritated me sooo much I had to make an account to talk about it. Some one made a top ten list and immiediatley listed Kaguya, so6p, so6p's bro, Ashura, Indra, ect. And almost every other top ten within that thread listed the same. Now we know Kaguuya is stronger than the sage he says so himself. So6P has alot of feats so for him to give credit to kaguya we can place her at #1 because even madara wants powers like hers. Now for So69 brother how can you place him as #3? I admit he may deserve it but we have not seen any info to back that up. LIke yes I know he faught 10 Tails with So6p. But guess what? Ino also helped fight 10 tails. Due to these peoples logic Ino = So6P Brother. Now for Ashura and Indra again my opinion agrees they probably deserve their spot BUT we have not seen enough of them to place them above 99% of the Narutoverse characters. Also Hizruzen placed high in these lists, prime Hiruzen blah blah, said to be leafs strongest kage blah blah. Guess what We have not seen prime Hiruzen or heard any of his amazing feats of his so how can we say hes that strong? Example 3rd kazekage said to be strongest kazekage, got beat by in my opinion mid level fodder Sasori who in turn got beat by an old lady and Sakura. Take in mind Sasori did not have the kazekage puppet when he beat the 3rd kazekage. So background characters can say strongest kage blah blah, feats do not lie!

Now my list would be(Note: This list contains regular madara not juubi Madara):
1. Kaguya
2. So6P
3. Naruto/Sasuke(these guys are only here because of their constant power ups)
4. Naruto/Sasuke
5. Hashirama
6. Madara
7. Tobirama(He deserves this spot. Izuna was said to be almost on par with Madara, and he injured Izuna so bad it lead him to his death plus go on naruto wiki and read about this mans savage suicidal ruthless fighting style, his genius-ness, and his op self invented techniques(FTG, Reincarnation, Shadow Clone, ect))
8.Third Raikage

10. This was hard...Id have to say Minato.

You really think that Hashirama could defeat a man with wood style, the sharingan, the rinnegan, sage mode, and the ten-tails absorbed? Even if you don't include that last one, he still has the others, as he was alive when he obtained them.

Dude this list is based on strenghts they achieved within their life time anot not borrowed powers. I was hooping people would be smart enough to notice that... Because of borrowing hashiramas powershe got rennigan, sage mode, and wood style.
