Now for the logic behind my point.
Sasuke doesn't kill people he doesn't want to get revenge on, we saw that when orochimaru was training sasuke. The only person he doesn't have a revenge-related grudge against that he might kill is naruto, and that's just because they've always been competing, and naruto's always been interferring with sasuke's plans.

I think he will just ignore her. The other 3 probably will be knocked out easily by him. At this point any low-level genjutsu by Sasuke or any type of chidori movement is enough to defeat Lee,Kiba or Sai.
If I remember correctly, Sasuke is out to slaughter everyone who lived peacefully off Itachi's sacrifice, in other words, everyone in Konoha. (Genins, jounins, the elders, the villagers, Etc.)
Sakura coming to him saves him the time it would take to locate her.
If Sasuke sticks by his word then Sakura (and Kiba, Lee and Sai) are as good as dead once they find him.

nah, i think sasuke just said that in front of tobi because he was trying to use the akatsuki and he wanted tobi to trust him and i think he mentioned it to team hawk because the waterboy might not follow him unless he thinks he's going to see some action. until he fought his way into the kage summit when he killed those samuri, sasuke hadn't killed anyone he didn't feel deserved it. the standing order of team hawk was not to kill, the team members were surprised when sasuke started killing. he did go a little nuts at the summit. he definitely would've killed the raikage if he could've. i really believe sasuke just wants danzou and the elders... unfortunately a lot of kohona ninja will sacrifice their lives to protect those pricks so it can't be avoided if he assaults kohona head on. sasuke will not kill sakura. he moves too fast for her. he'll knock her entire party out in the blink of an eye and continue on haha.
i guess guy will have given lee some anti sharingan training so lee might have a fighting chance since he is a lot faster than sasukes eyes .. if lee starts off with 6 gates and gets the first hit before sasuke has his stolen defense up and running the battle might be interesting ... of couse if sasuke activates the godmode none of the genin (except for naruto) can beat him ... naruto might be as devastating as raikage with a tad more stamina ...
Shino might also cause some damage to sasuke since the bugs can swarm out to make some kind of "anti amaterasu cloud"

The mostly likely scenario if this situation were to occur, would be for Sakura to babble on with Sasuke ignoring her and leave.
What I would like to see is for Sasuke to put her in a MS genjutsu and really hammer the point down.

sorry man you are foolish. lee wont survive one attack from sasuke, and he wont land a hit. if raikage who moves at the speed of light couldnt hit sasuke easily. what makes you think rocklee can. sasuke has surpassed rocklees speed when he was a child

Kiba will probably be able to locate Sasuke and if Sakura does show up Sasuke won't be able to ignore her. Sakura's motives have changed slightly and she isn't one to be ignored easily. She has grown so much stronger and has been denied the opportunity to have her "talk" with Sasuke because Naruto always has something to say (not that there's something wrong with that). Still, scared for her life...Madara won't leave the connection between them unnoticed.
