*I walk over to the chocolate lake whilst continously holding the balance of the energy and then i suddenly feel the fire chakra begin growing in steghnand starting to over power the water chakra so i then begin restricting the fire chakra amount decreasing the level of concentration and also adding some more power to the water to make it balalanced with the fire chakra and i try to maintain this balance for aslong as i can.*

*I walk over to the chocolate lake n keep a balance in my ki, as soon as i walk onto the lake i feel a boost in fire chakra which over powers the water unbalancing my energy, i then begin to drecease the my fire chakra and slowly increasing the my water chakra in i reach a balance between and hold it*

Yin & yang is not an element, the term is used to describe how seemingly disjunctive or opposing forces are interconnected and interdependent in the natural world, giving rise to each other in turn. Yin and yang are complementary opposites within a greater whole. There is not yin chakra nor yang chakra, there only is the use of energy in a specific way, so that the user can perform special jutsus using only the yin or the yang side of his, very same, energy.


In order for you to use your yin or yang aspect of your energy, you need first to locate them in your chakra system, then break the balance, then restore it again and finally use it for yourself

First step is to channel your fire chakra on your right hand and your water chakra on your left hand. At the same time; Try and tell me what happens.

I feel both chakra are trying to over power each other and its hard to keep them in balance because of their oposite affinity

I then concentrate and focus on my hands and balance the chakra

Don't try to make water and fire appear on your palms, this will not happen yet.

your fire and water elemental affinities are located in your stomach area, where the chakra "solar plexus" is. Close your eyes and focus there, visualize a fireball and a water ball in your solar plexus fighting each other*

I then visualize a fireball and a waterball that are trying to overpower each other but because of both elements have the same power they just balance themselves as a result, in my stomach where the solar plexus is.

keeping your position now, shoot out the energy from your palms as a pure ki blast. If you do it in front of your heart chakra it should be easier.
To get this better we want to direct your ki to go upper chakra by chakra.

I use my heart chakra to help me not loose control as I direct my chakra in my upper chest then i stretch my arms and blast out the pure ki.

Now remember, if you lose your focus at a point, not only you will stop the process you will also lose your physical balance until your kill flow gets restored.
Your chakras are channeling a different type of ki at the same time.
You must stay focused to find balance.

Now please try to do that while you stand on water. It should be harder.

Stands up carefully while balancing the 2 chakra on my solarplex
I go to the pond besides me and contnious balancing the 2 different ki in my solar plex and blas it up above making a gold ki come out and continous balancing it U_U

Gets out of the water walking and focusing to balance the 2 different ki's in my solar plex,I stand over the chocolate pond and feel the heat come up to my feet

*Ugh..this is hot O_O*

The chocolate heat makes the fire in my solarplex tries to overpower the water in my plex....Tries to balance it with my whole concentration...

The water has balance with the fire and i blast a ki with golden color on the skies

sit on medi position now and as you are sitting there raise your hands and shoot out 2 blasts, one hand-fire chakra, the other hand water chakra. Make sure they both go to different directions. Make them as strong as possible. always remembering to keep balance.
