Why do ppl miss the old naruto?

Why do ppl miss the way the "GENNIN" fought higher tier ninja, with the drawn out plans rlly if u look at it kishi had to do tht to compensate for how weak they were and how slow paced the fights were and sure it was more ninja like back then but kishi never wanted to make a ninja anime the naruto we have now is closer to what he originally wanted, naruto was intended to be about magic hence the reason they're able to pull off such incredible feats. Not sneaking around or lurking in the shadows which is why there's little to no sneaking. Which brings me to my final point. The ppl who do say naruto is a bad anime or isn't as good as it used to be do to the fact tht it doesn't show us the long drawn out plans are speaking out of pure nostalgia, and they dont see tht showing tht in the fight would drastically slow down the pacing of a battle and just cause they don't show us that doesn't mean they don't plan out they're fights look at naruto vs pain and sasuke vs itachi. Those fights show that our protaganists had thought threw and implemented actual plans of attack to help them take out they're opponents without having to show the viewer the character coming up with the plan due to the fact that they've come prepared to the fight.

However lately Kishi is just giving the characters power-ups and not caring about strategy.

Shinobi alliance vs Juubi

All those fights were recent and incorporated tactics and strategy, but at the same time power and strength.

Meh, they had an misconception on what the manga would be like. Back when they were genin, they were so weak, there was nothing but tactics, so now that they're strong enough to stand on their own, it's now a balance between power and tactics, but they take that as no tactics for some strange reason. They really should have seen it coming ever since summons were introduced in part 1. I half wounder if what they liked were only the Shikimaru fights. Other than that, everything's pretty much the same.
