Susanoo is a non-factor considering it will never hit Minato, so would be a waste of chakra

The OP did not state what was what really. Since you want to be technical with the non plot stuff, Itachi first needs to use the Summoning Jutsu to summon his crow that holds Shisuis eye. Even if he is fast with hand seals, so is Minato, and he will be TBB'd via FTG after he summons it.

Laughable. Minato first needs to throw his Kunai around the area and in Itachi's proximity. And Minato also needs to go BM first. Itachi just makes one hand seal and summons the crow. Lol. You guys be like, Minato blitzes Itachi with FTG from behind at the start of the fight with Kunai which are still in his bag.

And yes, KA is Itachi's ability, he possesses the eye. Why is Izanagi Danzo's ability if he uses it with foreign Sharingan which actually don't belong to him? It's the same with Shisui's eye. Danzo stole Shisui's eye, Shisui gave Itachi the other. So in a non plot fight, in a vs thread where combatants from different eras are put together (Gai vs Hashirama for example), Itachi has Shisui's eye and one shot with it. Deal with it. But it'd automatically restricted anyway, as Itachi would one shot anyone, ahaha.
