That member/academy-stuff is just when you didn't placed a nickname for yourself. In that case you get things like member/senior member etc. depending on how long you've been member. You can place a nick by doing this user CP > edit details > custom user name
Mine for example is now Wing Zero
The distinguished road thingy is your reputation. The more bars you get, the higher your reputation and then those sentences will change too.
Your reputation is raised when people click on the thank you button in the right bottom corner when you made a thread (+5 reps) or if they click on the green flag in one of your posts in the right upper corner. In that case the amount of reps you get depends on the amount of reputation the person had who's giving it to you. You can see the last reputation given to you by going to user CP.
I just thanked your thread and you just earned 5 reputation points.

That's for the Naruto RP-system. You're rank depends on the amount of posts you have got, your rank is now chunin. If you don't RP, you don't need to pay attention to it.
And the other bar is just to show your affilation (Mist village, Sand village, Rain village etc)
Kiyoshi is a custom clan from NB in our RP-system where I'm member of. If you want to change that of yours into something else, go to user CP > edit details > scroll down to additional bar.
