Yeah, I remember how everyone thought Terra would die for being part Esper, but her human side and heart that belonged to the humans she loved, saved her.

No, the idea was to use Chakra for peace, more likely Naruto finds a way to get people to start going in that direction again.
Taking away the chakra won't solve anything, that requires the God Tree and it will kill every one anyway, also there was war before everyone had chakra and there will be war even if it is taken away.
More likely Naruto brings back Ninshou.

I could see this. Sasuke and Naruto both desire one thing:
An end to the current cycle of hatred and the shinobi system that breeds it. I see them both pooling their rikudo power together and performing the Creation of All Things justsu to undo everything Kaguya set in motion when she ate that fruit!

That wouldn't really do anything, the world was screwed up before she ate the fruit, their goal is to end the conflict.
The cycle of hatred predates Kaguya, that was born from war which has always existed.

No then most people will be useless, the way of ninshu would probably be brought about, then there will be this some bad guys in the world who s=wants to fight and Team 7 will stand united and prepare to kick some ass
