So do you think that you analyzing the anime will make people say it's good despite them not liking it before? No. You can analyze it all you want. Still won't change a person's opinion in the slightest. Like I said, people care about what appeals to them, not how an anime may seem from a couple of analytical perspectives, whether it's a literary standpoint, the greatness of characters or even the morals and themes established in the anime. If it doesn't appeal the the individual, the individual won't scare and probably won't like it. So you can call my logic flawed all you like but it still stands. To a person who isn't a fan, they won't give two shits about your analysis of the anime.
The point is not changing people's opinion. I don't want people to like dbz, or anything.
However, you disliking something isn't an excuse to say it has a bad quality simply becuae that's your opinions. Differently from taste, quality can be discussed about, and thus, can be be stablizied in a parameter when one pulls enough arguments to do so.
If no one can disprove a debater, they accept it, even if they don't agree.
Opinions are irrelevant in order to stablish patterns and facts. Opinions are simply random ideas that people have. They can be disproved, they can be mistaken.
Your logic is flawed, because you base yourself in the mistaken concept of "opinions are never wrong". People, mostly in this website, think that saying "it's my opinion" is a free ticket that turns every crap you say into something more acceptable and correct. And they alo think that saying "it's your opinion" can debunk any argument whatsoever.
This is a website created for us to discuss, to debate. "It's my opinion" are not arguments, they are bad jokes, and any debater knows that.
