Who would win? I'm thinking that the Raikage would win, but Pain could probably put up a fight.

With the Raikages insane tankiness, deva path isn't going to hurt him with normal abilities. The raikage can bust through Chibaku tensei with his one fingered assault. The reason I think they have a chance is because gakido could absorb the lightning armor, and the human.path can one shot him.If he gets the chance.

Why wouldn't he break through CT? It's shown be able to break through stone easily, especially since it's lightning release. As someone else said, CT is off limits until a the other paths are dead.

The other paths shouldn't be a huge problem for him. With his insane speed, I can see the Raikage killing some of the other paths without too much difficulty.

The rubber guy could outspeed SDR in close range. Animal Path could summon shield from blind spot to protect himself against SM Jiraya's fastest ninjutsu attack very fast. Along with the Rinnengan shared vision, SDR isn't blitzing them. On the other side, Pain has more offensive capability. In the end he is going to lose

I think that they only have two ways to kill the Raikage. Gakido and soul removal. Soul removal isn't going to happen unless they can keep him still, and I don't see Gakido stopping him for very long, assuming it's fast enough to absorb his entire chakra coat.

The pains were also barely able to dodge a rasenshuriken, and the raikage is much faster than a rasenshuriken. Unless they can somehow pin him down, they're not going to kill him.

If he uses bansho tenin, the Raikage can just use the momentum to rush at the deva path while his ability is down and kill him.

Nope. No one expected him to throw FRS in the first place, and evading attack does not equate to being faster. That's pure agility and flexibility with reaction time. Only because he could evade does not mean he's faster than it. He blitzed Asura despite not being a part of the fight. Asura wasn't even going for Naruto, and is featless in terms of movement speed and reaction speed, nor is their any info on him being able to stop the rocket launch on his feet immediately mid-flight. Raikage v1 being as fast as his son was a mistranslation from what I recall, unless you can give me a valid scan that states otherwise. He isn't blitzing anyone. BT+soul rip will easily end. You can add Asura if you want for binding further, not that it is necessary. Multi headed dog should also be a pain for Raikage, considering he has no way to stop it.

Bansho tenin pulls the target towards the user. Raikage being extremely fast can just target deva path, before the press path drains him. The preta path can't just pin him down either because he'll get electrocuted.
