you just need to give yourself a day to fix it, what I do is either stay up for more than 24 hours so when it's a reasonable time to go to bed i'm pretty much already passing out. Or the option I find hard personally is only giving yourself an hour or two of sleep for one night and then you'll be tired as **** by the time you should be sleeping, however sleeping for an hour and forcing yourself to wake up and stay awake is the most excruciating experience so i prefer just to stay awake for like 30 hours till I pass out.

If you have insomnia, get thc in your body. It's a good natural insomnia killer.

Some kamille, valeriaan, and honey tea might help too.

Here is something that will undoubtedly help; Go to a gym, exercise like hell, and play a lot of different things after the gym.

You will be so tired, you will just pass out once you hit the bed.

Melatonin is also for kids. I started taking these pills when i was thirteen. Still works now that i'm 20 ;)

Edit: I meant 13. I accidently double posted :p

Try staying up all night and all day. It should tire you enough to sleep on time.

I don't Know where you live...
But i think your parents would Know that you are allowed.
Im Sure you can take the pills.
Just say like "If I don't take the pills my school Grades may go Down!I don't Sleep Enough."
