you just need to give yourself a day to fix it, what I do is either stay up for more than 24 hours so when it's a reasonable time to go to bed i'm pretty much already passing out. Or the option I find hard personally is only giving yourself an hour or two of sleep for one night and then you'll be tired as **** by the time you should be sleeping, however sleeping for an hour and forcing yourself to wake up and stay awake is the most excruciating experience so i prefer just to stay awake for like 30 hours till I pass out.
