Teach me about Tsunade, I'm confused.

Tsunade experts, please teach me I'm confused about Tsunade's jutsus. Yin Seal, Creation Rebirth and whatever.

I'm kinda confused about the stages of her techniques, their names and also the exact ability of each stages.

I'm just a bit lazy to read the Wiki.

Just a simple explanation may be enough.

Yin seal is just the reserve that apparently takes 3 years to awaken. Just having the seal allows for better battling as you dont have to focus on making the seal anymore.

Yin seal: Release allows complete access to all the chakra in the seal and allows the user to summon a bigger Katsuyu, creation rebirth and strength of hundred technique.

Creation rebirth(Sōzō Saisei) which she used against Orochimaru allows her to regenerate all her wound with a hand seal.

Strength of a hundred technique(Byakugō no Jutsu) which she used against Madara allows her to heal all wounds without seals. And the markings cover her whole body.

No one automatically heals while the other needs hand signs to heal. Which yeah basically you would just activate it after wounds.

Actually I understand now. What I meant by activating after getting wounds is she uses hand signs to heal her wounds (Souzou Saisei).

With Byakugou, she just activates it once and all incoming wounds will be healed automatically.
