The yin seal, or the byakugou seal is a containment of chakra. Tsunade , thanks to her perfect chakra control, was able to fill the seal, by storing chakra in one point of her body for about 3 years. It serves as a direct link to Katsuyu, granting her the ability to see and experience what ever Katsuyu does, and serves as a telepathic conduit for between her and Katsuyu, maybe even with Sakura too.
Creation rebirth is her technique she uses that can regenerate limbs and organs by sending burst of chakra to the area that needs to be fixed, via hand seals. She has another technique that does the same but doesn't require hand seals.

Narutopedia is not reliable. They hold bias too and it's bad especially for a so called professional site. Anyhew. Nothing beats getting it out of the manga.
Let me give a quick summary:
Tsunade is a medical ninja, in this she is able to perform extremely difficult surgery like she did with lee and her skills overall have deemed her the greatest of her time.
She was also hailed the queen of elixirs and was about to make antidotes for high level poisons and even herself, make odorless tasteless poisons as well which would assist her against the enemy.
She has formulates a jutsu known as chakra enhanced strength where she is able to perform great strength feats and off my head i believe this was invented to scare the enemy as she would try to heal the wounded from coming close to where she was.
Tsunade has the yin seal which she got by storing chakra in her forehead area for years. With this she has two techniques:
Creation Rebirth: This by feats is activated after she is wounded and it will heal all of her wounds afflicted.
Byakugou no Jutsu: This basically is the same thing as creation rebirth except it is continuous and gives the effect of creation rebirth until she is out of chakra and does not demand handseals.
Through her yin seal she is also able to communicate with katsuya which serves well for remote healing:
Remote healing is the mass healing of people with katsuya as a medium and she uses her chakra in her yin seal to heal.
Katsuya can also be useful to communicate what she is seeing or experiencing which is useful for scouting or stealth.
Tsunade also has remote healing in the form of a foothold where katsuya 'melts' down and forms a foothold and anyone who stands on it will be healed or recieve chakra.
This foothold could also be used offensively to transfer her dangerous medical ninjutsu as well.
Tsunade has also shown a jutsu that is able to mess up someones nervous system through the use of raiton and she used it on kabuto.
LAstly she has a jutsu people mostly look over. Which is her transformation jutsu, it is a very different type of transformation because unlike the common thing when Tsunade gets hurt ripped apart etc. the transformation does not vanish.
It is the only transformation to last with damage as long as the user stilll has chakra.
I don't believe i missed anything but check out my thread on a more in depth look into byakugou no jutsu if you like. It even has a theory at the end based on some things in the manga but before that we see some feats of the jutsu.
