.............well yeah, but its more on a personal level rather than co-op.....actually now that I think about the Enton FRS combo was Naruto idea, and there is also his strategy with his clones so yeah Naruto is pretty decent as far as strategy

Its still strategy, whether he uses others or just his own strenghts. As far as he can cordinates attacks in a rhyme fashion to take down the opponent. Naruto is very decent in strategies. However, I dont think any particular person will be in the lead here, they'll just coordinate their attacks individually occasionally telling each other what to do and what each wants to do. That's teamwork.

Or when he tricked Kidomaru with Kage Bunshin, or thought of using them to collect Senjutsu at Mt Myoboku, or ascertaining the weakness of Obito before anyone else, or figuring out Sandaime Raikage's vital points. Naruto has impressive feats of battle intelligence.
