Sasuke after fighting with Danzo was almost blind, so he gets Itachis eyes, which he was almost blind aswell, and afterwards Sasuke has a good eyesight again?

When it comes to stuff like implanting another persons eyes into your skull to gain magical powers, i don't think that there's much need for logic.

Yeah, logic is elusive during some parts, just enjoy the show man it's about to end anyway.

It depends how,w.r.t. what frame and when are you trying to define logic.

Imagine yourself saying I can video talk to a person who resides in other part of the world through my smartphone,to a 16-17-18-19th century guy and you'll be called a retard or idiot.

Sharingan is a magical eye that can cast black fire where ever it looks, create illusions, predict movements, and create giant skeleton-like warriors... And you expect logic to apply here?

Considering eyes in Naruto lack optic nerves, i'm surprised this seriously baffled you.

You're all forgetting the biggest lapse in logic...

NINJAS.

They're so secretive, they're practically non-existent ( ・◇・)

And Naruto's bright orange outfit? Talk about fantastic camouflage. There's no excuse for that ;P

This.
With the facts Kishi has established in the world he himself created, "Sharingans find a new light when transplanted into the eye-sockets of one's sibling".

that's the classical Shinobi version (the one i prefer).

Kishi created his own version of what a Ninja is about (no more the classical ruthless mercenaries who relied mainly on stealth) and the only Shinobi-like thing Kishi's version has in Ninjutsu so what does logic have to do with this ?? lol

Or perhaps we're all under genjutsu where we live in a world with no chakra...Kishi's trying to relay a secret message to us all D:
If I'm not online tomorrow, it's because the government has kidnapped me for revealing this information ~

Key word, "almost." They weren't just eye infusions, they were chakra infusions.

They don't lack optic nerves.
