i think yes because he said it was his dream and he has also been backing the straw hats up. also his power is good for protecting the sunny and friends.

as an ally , yes , as a crew member , no.

Bart has his own crew some-where, he is a captain to remember, so that Bart will just ditch all of that is unlikely.

How-ever, I do find it very very likely that Luffy is going to leave him with a challenge similar to the challenge he left Coby and similar people with, encouraging them to go out there and do their best on their own so they can be prober opponents and meet again, both having become stronger in each their own right, but still be great friends!

Maybe Bart will travel with them for a little bit, who knows.. though if he did.. the ship is started to get a bit crowded with guests isn't it?
I mean, with Ki'omon and Momo following to as alies, that is.. if they are even going to follow further with Luffy at all after this arch, maybe they are going to tag along Law instead as Law is headed closer to the place Ki'omon wants to go.. oh he'll find his samurai friends and they'll just head their own way.

His abilities would be a great help to the straw hat crew and he just fits in you know. His strong and can be a bit weird at times. Thus i say he should join. That'd give the crew with another person with over 100 million beri making them more terror some =D

But then again like someone said above he has his own crew. Maybe they could tag along also? It would serve well as every yonkou we've seen have had more than 10 the original crew members. They had subordinates also.

ooh just remembered something, you know how big mams ship is after the sunny to get ceasar back. If barthomeo was there, he could stop damage to the ship and send it back like cannons with barrier crush!
