Focus your chakra in the air around us, and then push it forward. Like with the snow on the ground, the snow that's falling will move with your chakra, making a blizzard. You have to quickly push it forward, and if you can, try to make the snow a bit sharp. But for now, mainly focus on simply pushing the snow foward with speed and power.
